Mohammad Arifin bin Abdul Wahab graduated from University Technology MARA (UiTM) in 2004 and was called to the Malaysian Bar in October 2005.
He commenced his legal practice in Messrs. Rahim Hadi & Soraya Yong before he joined Messrs. Rashid Zulkifli where he focused on Banking Litigation. Since the beginning of his legal career, Arifin has been trained specifically in Banking Law and is well grounded in litigation particularly in the law of hire purchase, bankruptcy, winding up and other related banking matters.
EXPERIENCE
Based on these experiences, Ariffin has started his own legal firm as a sole proprietor under the name of Messrs. Arifin & Associates on 13 January 2010 before joining Haslinda & Arifin as a partner where he practised both civil and criminal litigation.
Arifin joined Messrs. Shukor & Associates as a partner effective from 15 August 2011 and currently, he is concentrating in criminal litigation.
